At least 30 casualties have been reported after an oil tanker and cargo ship collided off the coast of East Yorkshire.
Four lifeboats were sent to the scene, according to the RNLI.
They added "there were reports that a number of people had abandoned the vessels and there were fires on both ships," the group added.
The collision is believed to involve a US-flagged tanker called the MV Stena Immaculate.
According to ship-tracking tool Vesselfinder, the US tanker was at anchor.
