Morocco earthquake: desperate search for survivors begins

Morocco is reeling after a powerful 6.8 magnitude earthquake hit the centre of the country killing at least 1,037 people and injuring more than 1,200 others.

The epicentre was in the remote Atlas mountains with most of the dead feared to be in remote, hard to access areas.
