Russia seems to have ‘ignored’ security warnings about an upcoming attack, according to security & defence analyst Professor Michael Clarke.
He told Sky News the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow is a ‘huge failure of intelligence’ considering US officials shared information about a planned attack on the Russian capital going back to November.
