Moscow high-rise building in business district hit again by drone strike

Russian defence ministry says anti-aircraft units downed drones targeting Moscow, but one out-of-control drone struck the same high-rise tower that was hit earlier in the week. "Suddenly there was this explosion, and we immediately ran," said one Moscow resident who observed the impact.
