Mother of girl who died drinking Costa drink: ‘I just lost it and started screaming’

And her mother says the coffee chain still hasn’t apologised to the family.

The teenager had a severe dairy allergy and died within hours of taking a sip of the drink, which had been made with cow’s milk.
