Marks and Spencer has halted all online orders as disruption continues across its stores as a result of a "cyber incident" earlier this week.
In a statement posted to social media on Friday, the high street chain said: "As part of our proactive management of a cyber incident, we have made the decision to pause taking orders via our M&S.com websites and apps.
Our product range remains available to browse online.
We are truly sorry for this inconvenience."
Customers reported difficulty in getting their click and collect orders over the Easter weekend and on Tuesday, the high street retailer apologised to consumers as it confirmed it had to make “minor, temporary changes” to its store operations to protect customers and the business.
