A man, 55, has died after being found with a dog bite following an altercation in Wakefield.
West Yorkshire Police were called to an incident off Blacker Lane in the Calder Grove area on the afternoon of Saturday 15 August.
The man was taken to hospital in a critical condition and died shortly after.
Another man, 55, has been arrested on suspicion of murder and being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control in a public place causing injury and is currently in custody.
