When Hamas terrorists carried out their cross-border murders and kidnappings in Israel on October 7, there was no question that everything about them was illegal.
But Israel’s response has been legally questioned, including its airstrike yesterday on a refugee camp in Gaza, that killed dozens and injured hundreds more.
ITV News Global Security Editor Rohit Kachroo put all that criticism and condemnation to former Israeli prime minister, Naftali Bennett, and asked whether Israel’s response was disproportionate, as the United Nations has claimed.
