That’s the Signal message supposedly sent from the Nato boss Mark Rutte to Donald Trump, posted by the American president this afternoon.
Mr Rutte – known in some circles as the Trump whisperer – declares that he will "achieve something no American president in decades could get done".
But while Nato members have signed up to spending five per cent of GDP on defence, it won’t happen for another decade, while it seems some countries might even be fiddling the figures.
