NATO chief: ‘only one person’ can break deadlock on Russia-Ukraine: Trump

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte told reporters Wednesday that US President Donald Trump is the "one person in the whole world" who could break the deadlock in Ukraine and kickstart peace talks with Russia.
