Netanyahu blames West for inciting anti-semitism after DC shooting

Israel’s prime minister Bejamin Netanyahu has attacked Sir Keir Starmer and other European leaders for criticising the war in Gaza. Earlier, Israel’s foreign minister blamed the leaders of European nations for inciting Antisemitism after a couple who worked at the Israeli embassy in Washington DC were shot dead.

A suspect, who shouted ‘Free Palestine’, was arrested at the scene.

He has been named as 30-year-old Elias Rodriguez from Chicago.
