New Airbnb rules will prevent guests having to do extra chores #airbnb

Airbnb hosts will no longer be able to ask guests to strip beds or wash dishes under the platform’s new rules.

The rules come into force on November 20, and Airbnb says that if a house rule or host request doesn’t meet the requirements, it may take action, including educating the host on its policies, asking them to update their listing and issuing warnings.

But guests will still be expected to follow “reasonable” house rules, such as smoking restrictions and quiet hours.

Airbnb says it may impose consequences on guests who repeatedly or seriously break them. #airbnb #airbnbhost #holiday #flight #hotel
