A video filmed by a bystander shows the moment ICE federal agents shoot and kill a man in Minneapolis.
The US Department of Homeland Security said that Alex Pretti was pronounced dead at the scene. The federal agency said an agent fired ‘defensive shots’ during the altercation.
It is the second fatal shooting this month in Minneapolis, in addition to another non-fatal shooting.
