A community health programme which started in Brazil over 30 years ago is being trialled in England – and could result in big savings for the NHS.
Sky’s Health Correspondent Ashish Joshi follows Jessica, a community health and wellbeing worker (CHWWs), as she visits patients in the community.
CHWWs work in small teams, going door to door in some of the most deprived areas of the country.
