New Orleans: FBI probes ‘terrorist links’

Tributes are pouring in for the young victims of the New Orleans attack which left 15 people dead. The FBI is now investigating potential terrorist links, after identifying the attacker as US army veteran Shamsud Din Jabbar, from Texas.
