NFL star Michael Oher known for ‘The Blind Side’ film claims adoption was a lie

A former American football star whose life story became an Oscar winning film now says the entire movie was based on lies.

The Blind Side told the story of a foster child who gets adopted by a rich white family and becomes an athletics star for the NFL.

But Michael Oher claims he was never adopted – accusing the couple who raised him of tricking him into a conservatorship, before making millions of dollars out of his fame.

Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy say they did nothing of the sort.
