Heath Secretary Wes Streeting has been speaking in East London, where the government unveiled a 10-year plan for the NHS.
He said the NHS was formed with the belief that "everyone in our country deserves to receive the care you need, not just the care you can afford" and that protecting the NHS is "the driving mission of our 10-year-plan".
