Bed shortages may have led A&E departments to turn away hundreds of thousands of emergency patients, according to new research by the Health Foundation shared exclusively with Sky News.
The Chair of Royal College of GPs Professor Kamila Hawthorne said she is "not surprised" at the report and that they have been talking about "workforce problems" for "decades".
