University Hospitals Birmingham has been named as the NHS Trust at the centre of a legal battle over the treatment of a teenager who died.
Sudiksha Thirumalesh who had a rare mitochondrial disorder, launched a legal case against the Trust over whether she should be moved onto palliative care.
