Nicholas Rossi: Rape suspect accused of faking his own death can be extradited to US

A suspected rapist who apparently faked his own death can be sent back to the United States to face serious sex charges, a Scottish court has ruled.

The suspect claims he is an Irish orphan named Arthur Knight, but US authorities claim he is Nicholas Rossi – a fugitive who went on the run to evade serious sex charges.
