The vice-president of Nigeria has hit out at Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch over comments she made about the African country where she grew up.
Giving a speech on migration on Tuesday, Kashim Shettima said Badenoch has been "denigrating her country of origin."
While listing off influential people whose families had migrated to other countries, he praised former PM Rishi Sunak as a "brilliant young man, he never denigrated his nation of ancestry."
