Nine UK councils have local elections postponed | ITV News

Nine councils will not hold their local elections in May as part of the first raft of major devolution reforms, Angela Rayner has confirmed.

The deputy prime minister said the elections in the areas that have been granted permission will be delayed by one year until May 2026.
