Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office following an investigation.
Virginia Giuffre’s family released a statement saying "no one is above the law, not even royalty".
Giuffre, who took her own life last April, alleged Andrew had sex with her when she was 17 and claimed she had been trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein. He has always denied the allegations.
