Rene Redzepi had apologised after multiple claims emerged from former employees at his Copenhagen restaurant.
Sponsors then pulled out of his $1500 a head NOMA popup in Los Angeles – while protestors gathered outside the venue, demanding immediate reparation and changes to the company’s management and practices.
