More than two million people are expected to descend on London for Europe’s largest street festival – the Notting Hill Carnival.
The event will mark two important anniversaries – 75 years since the arrival of the Empire Windrush and 50 years since the introduction of sound systems and Mas bands to the carnival, transforming it into a large scale event.
