Nottingham attack report: ‘so condemning’

A review into the killing of three people in Nottingham in June 2023 has found "a series of errors, omissions and misjudgements" by mental health services.

Valdo Calocane stabbed to death Barnaby Webber, Grace O’Malley-Kumar and Ian Coates after suffering from paranoid dellusions.

In an interview with Channel 4 News, Grace’s dad said the Care Quality Commission (CQC) report showed there were “failures at every level.”
