Officials speak after two people shot by federal agents in Portland, Oregon

Two people are hospitalized after they were shot by a Border Patrol agent in Portland, Oregon today. The city’s police chief said they “do not know the facts of this case,” and Mayor Keith Wilson called on ICE to halt operations until the incident is investigated.
