As the topic of immigration divides voters across Europe, Germany has slashed asylum applications by more than half.
Traditionally the country which took the most asylum seekers in the European Union, this year the German government announced a crackdown, tightening border controls and boosting deportations.
Europe correspondent Siobhan Robbins is finding out if Germany has the solution to solving Europe’s migration woes.
