On the front line of the small boats crisis | ITV News

ITV News has witnessed the desperate attempts of asylum seekers trying to reach the UK, with several small boats having to be rescued by French police.

Our team witnessed the rescue of around 60 people who were on board a small boat which burst. Many of the asylum seekers told ITV News that they only wanted to come to the UK for a ‘better life’.
