On the ground: Russia hits Ukraine with record 728 drones overnight

Ukraine’s airforce says Russia fired a record 728 drones and 13 missiles overnight.

The strikes are seen as a direct response to President Trump’s announcement yesterday that he will send defensive weapons to Ukraine after their supply was paused last week.
