One-year-old allegedly hit by chemical spray from DHS agents

A group of journalists and protesters suing DHS allege the agency violated a federal judge’s injunction restricting the use of physical force by spraying "a chemical or pepper spray" into a moving car in Cicero, Illinois that happened to be occupied by a couple and their toddler. DHS denies the claims.
