The outgoing Chief Constable of Merseyside Police has opened up about her job as she retires from the role after almost five years at the helm.
In less than five years Serena Kennedy has led the force through some of the region’s most shocking crimes, the murders of nine-year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbel and 12-year-old Ava White, the bombing at Liverpool Women’s Hospital and the Southport attack.
