Pro-Gaza activists have been accused of trying to “hijack” Remembrance Day by selling Palestinian poppies.
The enamel pins, shaped like traditional poppies but featuring the colours of the Palestinian flag, are being sold on eBay for less than £2, with proceeds going to charity.
But with just three weeks until Remembrance Sunday, British veterans have condemned the campaign, insisting the occasion should be about unity, not division.
Speaking to Dawn Neesom on GB News, former British Army commander, Colonel Richard Kemp said it was "absolute disgrace."
