Over 100 missing as flash flood engulfs India village

Heavy rains and flooding have hit the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand.

Rescue teams are searching for dozens of people who are feared to be trapped under debris in the mountain village of Dharali.

Homes and roads have been swept away with four people already known to have died.
