Over 20 children missing in Texas after severe flooding

At least 13 people died in Kerr County, Texas, after severe flooding inundated the area, officials said today. Separately, Texas Acting Gov. Dan Patrick said more than 20 girls are unaccounted for at Camp Mystic.
