Owner of XL bully and five-month-old baby says ban ‘got it wrong’.

A year on since the XL bully ban was introduced, a woman who has a baby girl as well as an XL bully says it’s owners, not the breed, that are the problem. The government says it is an important safety measure and encourages responsible ownership for all dog breeds.
