Pakistan and India agree to ‘full and immediate ceasefire’

After days of cross-border fire, shelling, drone and missile attacks, India and Pakistan have stepped back from the brink. At least for now.

A “full and immediate ceasefire” is in place after talks – with President Trump and the US Secretary of State Marco Rubio both quick to claim credit. But there have been reports tonight of possible violations and no sign restrictions on trade and visas will be lifted.
