The government has lost its bid to block an appeal against its Palestine Action ban.

The highly significant ruling means a High Court judge will hear a review next month challenging the original decision to proscribe the group under terrorism legislation.
The co-founder of Palestine Action, Huda Ammori, had won permission earlier this year for that judicial review of the home secretary’s ban.
