Palestine Action group can challenge ban

In a High Court ruling, the Palestine Action group has been given permission to challenge the Government’s decison to ban it under terror legislation.

The Home Secretary proscribed the group after it caused millions of pounds in damage at an RAF base and targeted other sites.

But the High Court refused a second bid to temporarily pause the ban on the group until the outcome of the appeal.
