Palestine Action wins court challenge over terror ban - but home secretary to appeal

The co-founder of Palestine Action has won a legal challenge at the High Court over the group’s ban as a terrorist organisation on two grounds.

Huda Ammori launched the challenge after Yvette Cooper’s decision to proscribe the group, which came into force on 5 July 2025 following action by members that included breaking into RAF Brize Norton and spray-painting two aircraft.
