Palestinians flee after Israeli airstrike in Deir al-Balah, Gaza

Footage shows an Israeli strike on a building in Deir al-Balah, in the Gaza Strip. It came after Israel announced the launch of the first stage of an operation to take over Gaza City. The Israeli government said it would call in 60,000 reservists for the operation. More than 62,000 Palestinians have been killed in the Israeli war in Gaza since Hamas’s deadly attacks in October 2023, according to Gaza health officials
