Palestinians mourn family killed by Israeli strike in Khan Younis

A family of five have been killed after an Israeli airstrike hit their tent in Khan Younis overnight on Thursday.

Israeli strikes across Gaza left at least 50 people dead, according to the territory’s Health Ministry.

The Israeli military says it targets Hamas militants and that it goes to great lengths to avoid civilian casualties.
