Health Secretary Wes Streeting has told Sky News that people have "moved on" from Brexit after being asked if the government should be having a debate about a closer alignment with the EU single market.
Mr Streeting conceded there were warnings about the economic impact of Brexit before the referendum – but it’s a "fact of life" now.
