Refugee Council CEO Enver Solomon responded to the high court ruling in Epping Council’s favour to temporarily block asylum seekers from being housed at a hotel in Essex. He said asylum seekers should be “given the opportunity to have their cases heard” and be able to “move on with their lives”.
