People who stop using weight loss jabs put all the weight back on almost four times faster than those on diet or physical activity plans, a new study has found.
Researchers say people on Wegovy and Mounjaro lost just under 15kg in around 10 months but regained 10kg within a year of stopping treatment. They say it shows a need for ongoing behavioural and lifestyle support.
