‘Pig heist’ appears to be inside job

A Copenhagen-based artist reported three piglets were stolen from his art exhibit to the police before finding out it was actually his own assistant who handed the piglets over to an animal rights organization. The piglets were set to starve to death as part of the exhibit, which is why the artist’s assistant helped facilitate their rescue.
