Plaid pledges free childcare for Wales

Plaid Cymru leader Rhun ap Iorwerth has pledged free childcare for families with children aged nine months to four years if his party wins the next Welsh Parliament election.

Speaking at the party conference, he said he is ready to lead Wales immediately and take over from Labour as the governing party.
