Police in San Diego say there are ‘multiple fatalities’ after a plane crashed into a residential street.

The plane is thought to have been capable of carrying up to ten people, including the pilot. Multiple cars and houses in Murphy Canyon caught fire after the private plane crashed.
No local residents are believed to be seriously injured. Around 100 people from the neighbourhood, which is home to mainly military families, have been evacuated.
