PM defends Jess Phillips after four grooming gang survivors resign from inquiry | ITV News

The prime minister defended the Safeguarding Minister Jess Phillips during PMQs after four grooming gang survivors stepped down from their roles on the grooming gangs inquiry.

The four women resigned over fears it was being "watered down," and losing confidence in the way it was being run.

Starmer said Phillips was "absolutely the right person" to take the inquiry forward.
