PMQs: Sunak is ‘a dodgy salesman desperate to sell a dud’, says Starmer

Labour leader Keir Starmer enjoyed a victory lap at PMQs on Wednesday, taunting the prime minister after a series of significant Conservative setbacks in last week’s local elections.
‘In addition to losing two Tory MPs in two weeks, the prime minister has been on the receiving end of some of the biggest byelection swings in history. He’s also lost 1,500 Tory councillors, half of his party’s mayors and a leadership election to a lettuce,’ said Starmer.
